Introduced in the market in 2010, the Toyota iQ2 1.4D-4D is the 1st generation of the microcar model. Powered by a 1364cc engine, this version has a power output of 90 hp. This microcar variant holds the record for top speed in this series. It is the fastest version in the line-up. This microcar-version features a combined consumption of 4 l/100km. The Toyota iQ was first presented at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show as a concept vehicle. In 2008 at the Geneva Auto Show it was introduced and set to go into production and reach the european market in January 2009.
