This Volkswagen Golf R DSG was unveiled in 2010. It belongs to Golf's 6th generation, with the code name Mk6 - A6/Typ 5K. The model variant is powered by a front-mounted petrol 1984cc engine with a power output of 270 hp at 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 350 nm. The Golf R DSG has an exceptional performance compared to the other versions and it is in fact the most powerful version in the series line-up. The powertrain of the Golf R DSG has been mated with a 6-speed gearbox. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h. With a combined fuel consumption of 8.4 l/100km, it emits 195 g/km of CO2. As for the seating arrangement, it offers space for up to 5 persons. This Volkswagen Golf R DSG has rack & pinion steering.
