2011 Inscription
In November 2011 Volvo launched a special package, called Inscription for the C70. The C70 Inscription is limited to 2000 units.
It adds 18in wheels and LED running lights and a blacked out grill both surrounded in chrome. On the interior, the C70 gets black, Sovereign Hide leather in Off Black or Calcite and a leather dashboard.
The package gets unique carpets and handbrake leather. The steering wheel, gearshift lever and sports pedals have aluminum inlays.
It is available with the turbocharged five-cylinder petrol-powered T5 (230 hp/320 Nm) and the two five-cylinder turbodiesels - the D4 (177 hp/400 Nm) and D3 (150 hp/350 Nm), and it is available in three colors: Black Stone, Black Sapphire Metallic and Ice White.
The Inscription package also adds Inscription logos on the front headrests.
