The results include improved steering, stiffer springs and bushes as well as more damping than in any previous Volvo. The goal was to combine low fuel consumption, low emissions and high performance across a wide rev range.

The S60 2.0T Kinetic Powershift is powered by a four-cylinder 2.0-litre petrol engine capable of producing 203hp and 300Nm of torque. With a 6-speed automatic transmission, this front wheel drive accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 8.2 seconds at a maximum speed of 230km/h. As for the fuel efficiency this S60 has a consumption of 8.3 l/100km in combined cycle and 193 g/km of co2 emissions.
