The Atom Mugen is powered by a V8 2000 cc engine that delivers up to 270 hp and produces 255 Nm of maximum torque. The Ariel Atom Mugen has a transmission with 6 speeds and sequential manual gearbox with rear wheel drive.
It measures 1195 mm in height, 1798 mm in width and 3410 mm in length. Its wheelbase is 2345 mm long and the track at the front is 1600 mm and at the back 1600 mm. Ariel Atom has rack & pinion steering. On the front, the brakes are disc and the suspension is double wishbones. At the rear, the brakes are disc and the suspension is also double wishbones.
