is not a rare vehicle, but its charm have attracted fans worldwide.

The event is not just meant for 2CVs, all Citroëns are invited to celebrate the brand. One of the highlights is the mobile Citroën mobile museum that will display important cars from the company’s entire history.

There will also be special events celebrating Spanish-made Citroëns. In 1958, Citroën began building the 2CV van at a factory in Vigo, Spain, and it later built the 2CV sedan there as well.

There will also be on-track and off-road races and a competition to see who can disassemble and reassemble a 2CV the fastest.

The attendance record for the event was set in 2011 when 20,000 people and 7,000 2CVs came to France to celebrate the car.
