Aston Martin CC100 Will be Revealed This Weekend at Nürburgring

will reveal its limited edition CC100 at the Nürburgring during the 24-hour race this weekend. The car is meant to celebrate the brand's centenary and as a design heavily inspired by the Aston Martin DBR1DBR1Aston Martin DBR1United Kingdom, 1959 > 195913 photos

The company has already confirmed that the car will have a design inspired by 50s sports cars and not have doors or a roof. It will build only two of them. It will reveal pricing when the car is shown, but Aston Martin previously said it would be priced between the company's last two limited cars - the One-77One-77Aston Martin One-77United Kingdom, 2009 > 20125 photos

The Nürburgring debut is both because the brand will have a heavy presence at the race this weekend with four factory cars entered in three classes and because Stirling Moss won the 1959 Nürburgring 1000km in a DBR1.

Company CEO Ulrich Bez will drive on the CC100 on the parade lap of the race on Sunday.
