FIA Agrees to Formula 1 Team Name Changes for Next Year

In a meeting on Thursday, November 3, the FIA's Formula 1 Commission agreed to the name changes for next season of Team Lotus, Renault and Virgin Racing.

Next season, Team Lotus will be Caterham, Renault will be Lotus and Virgin Racing will be Marussia.

The names still have to be agreed upon by the FIA World Motor Sport Council, but this is considered a formality.

Hi @authomobilia. No, it won't. Renault is not involved with F1 anymore as a constructor, but as an engine supplier from their Renault Sport F1 division. I really hope Lotus Engineering get involved ...
