will be one of the hottest cars next year in the United States, and for the first time, it will be available in markets worldwide. The first one going to the public will be sold at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona on January 18, 2014 with no reserve. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

The winning bidder will be able to choose a manual or automatic transmission and select the colors for the interior, exterior and stripe color of a V8-equipped Mustang GT. The development team will sign the car.

The Mustang will celebrate its 50th anniversary on April 17, 2014. Each 2015 model will come with a “Mustang – Since 1964” badge.

The latest generation will be offered with a V6, turbocharged four-cylinder and V8 engine. The official specs for the V8 have not yet been revealed, but Ford is promising more than 420hp and 390lb-ft of torque.
