The new engine will be offered with 211hp (214ps) and 236lb-ft (320Nm) of torque. The engine is based on a unit from DaimlerDaimlerGermany, 1889 > present12 models

The Q50 is currently available with a 3.7-liter V6, 3.5-liter hybrid V6 or 2.2-liter four-cylinder turbodiesel.

Infiniti plans to double its number of powertrains in the next five years.
