In order to comply with the category's regulations Larbre Competition will be racing in this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans with two 2011 version of the C6.RCorvette C6.RChevrolet Corvette C6.RUnited States of America, 2011 > present3 photos

, not benefitting from the latest developments, such as the increased width by 5 inches.

Larbre Competition will be competing in cars #50 and #70. Car #50 will be driven by Patrick Bornhauser, Julien Canal and Pedro Lamy, while the other car from the team will have Christophe Bourret, Pascal Gibon and Jean-Philippe Belloc behind the wheel.

JWA-Avila, IMSA Performance Matmut, Prospeed Competition, Flying Lizards Motorsports and Team Felbermayr-Proton will be racing this year's Le Mans 24 Hours race with the 2011 version of the 911 RSR911 GT3 RSRPorsche 911 GT3 RSRGermany, 2011 > present10 photos
not being able to take advantage of this season's improvements made by Porsche's engineers on the car.

JWA-Avila will run with Paul Daniels, Markus Palttala and Joël Camathias in car #55. Racing in car number 67 is IMSA Performance Matmut with drivers Anthony Pons, Raymond Narac and Nicolas Armindo featuring in the lineup. Then we will have Abdulaziz Alfaisal, Bret Curtis and Sean Edwards, Seth Neiman, Darren Law and Spencer Pumpelly racing for Prospeed Competition in #75 and Flying Lizards Motorsports in #79 respectively. Finally the Porsche lineup in the GTE Am category is completed by car #88 from Team Felbermayr-Proton that will be handled by Christian Ried, Gianluca Roda and Paolo Ruberti.

In the GTE Am category Ferrari will finally be able to compete with the car the Italian make debuted last year on the GTE PRO category, the 458 Italia GTC458 Italia GTCFerrari 458 Italia GTCItaly, 2011 > present5 photos

. No updates will be available for this year's car compared to the car that competed last year. There will be five 458 Italia GTC cars running in the GTE Am category, from team's Krohn Racing, Luxury Racing, AF Corse-Waltrip, AF Corse and JMB Racing.

Running in car #57 Tracy Krohn Niclas Jonsson and Michele Rugolo will race for Krohn Racing. Pierre Ehret, Frankie Montecalvo and Gunnar Jeanette will compete for Luxury Racing in car #58. AF Corse Waltrip will have Robert Kauffman, Rui Águas and Brian Vickers driving the #61 458 Italia GTC, while in team AF Corse Pierguiseppe Perazzini Matt Griffin and Nicola Cadei will compete in car #81. Finally in the #83 Ferrari from JMB Racing we will have Manuel Rodrigues, Philippe Illiano and Alain Ferte driving.

For this year's race the Vantage GT2 will be driven by Christoffer Nygaard, Kristian Poulsen and Allan Simonsen.
