New Carrera S Powerkit Adds 30hp and Higher Top Speed

The Powerkit is only available on the Carrera S and adds 30hp more to increase acceleration and top speed. It adds special cylinder heads, different camshafts, variable resonance intake, an additional center radiator and a better breathing exhaust. With the Powerkit, the Carrera S produces 430hp from its 3.8 liter flat-six. It drops the acceleration to 100km/h to 4.0 seconds with the PDK, which is a 0.1 seconds better than the standard car. It also raises the top speed by 4km/h: 306km/h with the PDK and 308km/h with the seven-speed manual. The package does not change the car's fuel economy. The exhaust has flaps that open at the press of a button to give a more aggressive sound. The Powerkit must be ordered with the Sport Chrono package. Other than the mechanical changes, the Powerkit adds a titanium engine cover with carbon fiber pieces. . The powerkit costs €13,804 for cars with a manual transmission and €14,232 for cars with PDK. These prices include 19% German VAT. 

Porsche Exclusive is also offering two new body kits for the Carrera and Carrera S. The Sport Design package adds a larger front air dam and a ducktail spoiler. The Aerokit Cup goes even further with a second wing on top of the car's rear spoiler and a larger front air dam with extra air intakes. The Sport Design package costs €4,165, and the Aerokit Cup is €4,968.25. Again, these prices include 19% German VAT. 

Porsche Exclusive will also be offering tinted windows for the side and rear glass and an Exterior package that paints certain pieces of trim in the body color.
