. The roof pillars remain on the car, but the cloth top will fold back on a track. The convertible Adam will go on sale in about a year. 

Unlike many cars with the roof folding back along a track, the Adam convertible will have a glass rear window. Rear cargo room will probably decrease slightly, but there will no change to rear passenger room. 

The convertible will add about £2,500 to the cost of the Adam. It will share the same 1.2 and 1.4 engine options.
