Saab teases new concept for Geneva

Saab has released an image that announces the debut of a mysterious new concept at the Geneva Motor Show, in March. At the moment rumors on the web point out to the highly anticipated 9-2.

One of the possibilities that have been talked on the web is the arrival of a preview of the 9-2. Besides the car teased on a special website under a white sheet seems like a hatchback with a classic teardrop shape, which could recall the original 9-2 from 1949.

Besides, Saab CEO Victor Muller has prioritized 9-2 development and has already told that the car will be developed using a shortened version of the 9-3 platform or a platform from another automaker.

This new model should arrive to the market in 2013 or 2014 and the plans expect sales from 30,000 to 60,000 units annually.
