Tesla to Supply Parts and Engineering for Future Mercedes Vehicle

Tesla will help Mercedes develop a future electric vehice with a fuel electric powertrain. The car will be the third electric car in Mercedes' lineup with the electric Smart and A-class.

Tesla's second car the Model S will be available by July, 2012, with about 20,000 cars selling each year.
