The BMW 328 roadster was perhaps the most important milestone ever in BMW automotive history. It made the brand knnown for dynamism, motorsport and ground-breaking technology. The car’s debut was a success, with Ernst Henne recording a victory on 14 June 1936 in the Eifelrennen race.
