California T (Italy, 2014)

The 2014 California T debuts the new Ferrari V8 turbo 560hp engine, which is already featured in the Maserati Quattroporte and Ghibli. This engine has a torque curve that constantly increases along the rev range, giving the California T a very distinctive sound. The "T" indicates the turbo engine with which it has been equipped.

The engine brought an increase of 49% of the maximum torque to 755Nm, compared with the previous California, and consumption has also been reduced by 15%. The California T keeps the same 2+2 concept, however this design has undergone a major design upgrade, with influences inspired on some classical models of the Italian brand, such as the 250 Testa Rossa.
