Chevrolet Aveo (United States of America, 2011-present)

For the 2012 model year in Europe, Chevrolet added a new Aveo diesel. It uses a 1.3 liter, diesel engine that comes in two states of tune: either 75hp or 95hp, and it uses 3.6l/100km and 4.1l/100km respectively. The 95hp variant has lower emissions at 95g/km and the 75hp version emits 97g/km.

Chevrolet also announced an Aveo powered by liquified petroleum gas (LPG) for the same year. The LPG engine in the Aveo will be 1.2 liters.

These updates appear as Chevrolet's strategy to improve its European image by bringing better, more efficient vehicles.
