The tenth generation of the Impala was introduced in 2014.

The Impala is available with either a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with196hp and 186lb-ft or a 3.6-liter V6 with 305hp and 264lb-ft of torque. It will also add a 2.4-liter four-cylinder hybrid with 182hp. All engines come with a six-speed automatic.

The Impala attempts to offer a breadth of modern features that the previous generation was not able to keep up with. Higher trim levels will offer HID headlights with LED running lights.

Inside, it gets a standard 4.2in color display and higher trims get an 8in screen. It is also available with safety features like adaptive cruise control, rear traffic alert, side blind zone alert and ten standard air bags.
