After the experience gained with the construction of the Lightweight E-type project, Jaguar Classic decided to build another ultra-exclusive continuation model, the XKSS. Nine units of the XKSS were built following the exact specification from 1957. These cars replaced those lost due to the Browns Lane factory fire.
"The XKSS occupies a unique place in Jaguar's history and is a car coveted by collectors the world over for its exclusivity and unmistakable design,” explained Tim Hannig, Director of Jaguar Land Rover Classic.
