Introduced in the market in 2011, the Melkus RS2000 GT is the 1st generation of the sports car model. Being able to reach a maximum speed of 270 km/h, it sprints from 0 to 100km/h in 4.5 seconds.

The Melkus RS2000 is the successor to the Melkus RS1000 and produced in only small numbers since 2009. The car was first presented at the IAA in 2009 and was followed by a GTR version in 2010. In 2011 Melkus presented a GT and GTS version of the RS2000.
