The Mitsubishi Triton or L200 is a compact pickup truck, originally known as the Mitsubishi Forte in Japan from 1978 to 1986. It was sold in the United States as Dodge Ram 50 and Plymouth Arrow Truck and from 1982 as Mitsubishi Mighty Max. On most export markets it is sold as L200 but it also been known as the Rodeo, Colt Bakkie, Storm, Magnum, etc. The fourth generation was introduced in 2005. It is designed by Akinori Nakanishi. Over the first three generations, 2.8 million units of the model had been sold around the world.
