Mitsubishi Lancer (Japan, 1973-present)

Mitsubishi has been producing its model Lancer since 1973 up until now, having already set out 8 generations for this model. In different countries and at different times, the Mitsubishi Lancer has also been given several other names: Colt Lancer, Chrysler (Valiant) Lancer, Hindustan Lancer, Dodge/Plymouth Colt, Mitsubishi Carisma, Mitsubishi Mirage, Eagle Summit and Soueast Lioncel.

In its homeland, Japan, this car is sold as the Mitsubishi Galant Fortis since 2007. The Lancer has been a successful model for Mitsubishi so far, as more than 6 million copies have been sold up until now.
