cars at the Ferrari Racing Days at Silverstone on Saturday 15 September, has been formally proclaimed a Guinness World Record.

It is not the first time Ferrari claims the record as already in 2007, 385 cars gathered at Silverstone and in the following year in Japan that number was surpassed by 490 Ferrari cars at the Suzuka circuit.

In what seems to be a battle between the different regional branches of the Ferrari enterprise, Ferrari North Europe together with the Ferrari Owners Club GB now almost doubled the figure during the Ferrari Racing Days. Nearly the entire 3.66 miles long circuit at Silverstone was covered with Ferraris.

: “It’s was a great honour for me to lead the parade for such a special event, with so many cars all brought together on one race track, which produced an unprecedented spectacle for all Prancing Horse fans.” commented the Scuderia Ferrari race driver.
