range may be just around the corner. The German brand unveiled at the Paris Motor Show a concept called TT SportbackAudi TT SportbackGermany, 2014 > present. This is the third concept based on the new TT derived after the presentation in Detroit in January of the Audi TT Allroad and the TT Offroad shown in Beijing in April.
Although there is no confirmation these three prototypes are a preview of what may become the expansion of the TT range to five models over the next three years. This expansion would involve a liftback, a station wagon and a SUV.

The TT Sportback includes a larger hexagonal grid with a highly structured bumper. The front end includes a hood that surrounds the sides of the vehicle and trapezoidal headlights with distinctive laser projectors activated at speeds above 60km/h.
The rear in liftback style is similar to the one from the Audi A7Audi A7Germany, 2010 > present39 versions

The TT Sportback is 4470mm long, 1890mm wide and 1380mm high, which is 290mm longer, 58mm wider and 27mm lower than the coupe version of TT. The vehicle is based on the MQB platform from VolkswagenVolkswagenGermany, 1938 > present98 models

The interior of the TT Sportback concept is based on the TT Coupé. Both vehicles share the same high quality dashboard, digital instruments, center console, gear lever, multi-function steering wheel, front seats and trim with carbon fiber appearance.
The vehicle also includes a 12.3-inch TFT screen that works with a rotary switch on the center console. With room for four passengers, the rear seats TT Sportback include integrated headrests.
The TT Sportback is equipped with an improved version of the EA888 engine. This turbo 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine has an output of 400hp and 450Nm of torque. Thanks to it the vehicle can reach 100km/h in 3.9 seconds and has an average consumption of 7,0l/100km with 162g/km of CO2 emissions.
The engine is combined with an automatic dual-clutch six-speed S-Tronic with AWD.
