Fisker has announced that it will unveil a new car on April 3 at the New York Motor Show. The image shows a line drawing of the car in profile. The passenger compartment is pushed well back from the hood with a short trunk.
Fisker has already announced a smaller sedan, known as Project Nina, that should cost around $50,000 compared to the current $102,000 base price for the Karma. The Project Nina is scheduled to be on sale by the middle of 2013. It is meant to be about the size and cost of a BMW 5-series.
Fisker has already made a deal with BMW to use the brand's 2.0 liter, four-cylinder engines as a range extender for the car.
