Jaguar Land Rover welcome 336 graduates to their line up

Jaguar Land Rover welcomed 336 new graduate recruits today. It represents the largest intake in the company’s history, with the graduates starting a 2 year course aimed at providing new blood to take the company through one of the most challenging periods in automotive history.

HR Director, Des Thurlby said: “Today marks an important day both for graduates who are embarking on their careers with us and for our business as we enter a phase of intensive investment in our future.”

Jaguar Land Rover is the highest ranking car manufacturer in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers Index and has a proven track record of success, with over 700 graduates having been through the system already. Jaguar Land Rover will be hoping to build on this success with this intake.

On their first day the graduates were given an in depth induction and met members of the Jaguar Land Rover main board while Olympic Champion Sir Stephen Redgrave made an inspirational speech.

This is clearly good news for the British motor industry, with TATA developing Britain’s best talent.
