platform that will be called the GLA, but until not we have not seen the new model or know when it would be revealed. Mercedes has just announced that the GLA will be revealed on April 20 at the Shanghai Motor Show. It also released the first image of the car that shows it head on.
From the single image released, the GLA has a horizontally oriented grill with chrome trim stripes and a large Mercedes star. It has amorphous, asymmetrical headlights. Lower, the front splitter appears to be floating and not attached to the rest of the car. Like the CLA, it appears that the windshield on the GLA extends above the driver's head to give a full field of view.
Mercedes has not said anything about the powertrains for the GLA yet. Although, it is expected to use the same engines as the A-Class and CLA-ClassMercedes-Benz CLA-Class Gen.1Germany, 2013 > present63 versions
