To celebrate the opening of a new Nissan factory in Guangzhou, China, Nissan teamed with Dutch artist Paul Veroude to create an art installation based on an exploded Nissan Teana. The installation is called "Journey in Motion" and shows a Nissan Teana taken apart to its individual pieces and suspended.
The sculpture was created over three months, and the Teana is Nissan's most popular car in China.
“The project has been a real salute to an international collaboration of excellence: Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, English and German. It is a true meeting of art and technology in a very exciting and innovate way," said Ren Yong, vice president of Dongfeng Nissan.
