cars has shown up for sale in Switzerland on James Edition, which is essentially Craigslist for the incredibly wealthy.
The Continental GTZs were first shown in 2009 at the Geneva Motor Show. The cars took the 600hp W12 Bentley Continental GT SpeedBentley Continental GT SpeedUnited Kingdom, 2007 > present4 photos
and replaced all of the body panels with newly created hand-formed aluminum panels.
The changes kept the shape of the car basically in tact but softened the lines significantly. Up front the grill was replaced with a huge mesh grill, but the profile shows the changes the most. The roofline and area behind the B-pillar are completely different from the standard GT Speed. The roof is formed into a double bubble, and the rear window got a similar double oval shape. The rear of the car is shaped into two fins where the vertical taillights are placed.
While the car was shown in 2009, Zagato made the upgrade to any Continental owner and completed nine of them. The car on sale in Switzerland is a 2006 model year in a gorgeous slate gray with a slightly lighter roof. The owner says that there are 24400 km (15161 miles) on the car.
Unfortunately, the owner is keeping the price a secret, and it is available only upon request.
