. The official presentation of the new GTS versions should happen at the Beijing Motor Show. The two cars were caught up in tests, indicating that their development is nearing completion.
The new versions of the Boxster and Cayman will use the same 3.4 engines of the respective S versions, however with a power increase of 15hp. Thus Boxster GTS must have an output of 326hp, while the Cayman GTS version should have 335hp.

The Boxster and Cayman GTS will be available with a manual gearbox, but a PDK transmission will also be available as an option. According to some rumors the vehicles might receive the Porsche Active Suspension management system.
