Third Generation Honda Fit Will Be Revealed for US at NAIAS

at the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 13. The Japanese version of the new Fit was unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in November.

Honda is promising that the new Fit will offer more cargo space, while still being a fun to drive, small car. It will also get one of Honda’s new direct injected engines with better fuel economy and performance.

The new Fit will be sold in the US as a 2015 model year model, which means that it will launch in the second half of the year. The third generation car will be the first time that it will be built in North America at an all-new plant in in Celaya, Mexico.
