Porsche unveiled the Cayman GTS in 2014 with an improved engine and PASM suspension.

. Thanks to new optimization and tuning, Porsche has managed to increase the power by 15hp. This means that the Cayman GTS has a power of 340hp. The Sport Chrono Package is fitted as standard meaning that with the optional PDK box and Sport Plus mode activated, the Cayman GTS accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds. With regard to maximum speed the Cayman can reach 285km/h. The GTS is the first two-seat mid-engine model from Porsche to be certified according to Euro 6 standards, achieving an average fuel consumption, with the PDK, of 8.2 l/100 km (9.0 l/100km with the manual gearbox).
