about this car

The Range Rover Sport SVR unveiled in 2014 is the fastest, most dynamic and most powerful Land Rover model ever.

The SVR version gets a 5.0 V8 Supercharged engine with 550hp and 680Nm of torque, 40hp and 56Nm more compared to the Range Rover Sport V8 S/C. Coupled with an optimized eight-speed automatic transmission ZF 8HP70, the Range Rover Sport SVR can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and reach a maximum electronically limited speed of 260 km/h speed. The all-wheel drive chassis has also been upgraded to complement the exceptional performance delivered under all conditions.

Despite the increased power and performance, the Special Vehicles Operations managed to keep the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of the Range Rover SVR unchanged compared to the V8 Supercharged on which it is based. Thus the new sports version has an average consumption of 12.8l/100km and produces 325 g/km of CO2.
