Grande Punto is a model based on the popular Fiat Grande Punto, in production since 2007. The Grande Punto Abarth is a reinterpreted version of the mechanical-technical Fiat model from which it derives. Besides the stylistic changes, most differences between both cars is found on the mechanical parts and engine, as well as in electronic solutions adopted. In 2010 it was replaced by the processed version of the Fiat Punto Evo and in 2011 a new Esseesse version was added to the range.

The model is equipped with a 1.4l 16v T-Jet engine that develops up to 155hp at 5500rpm and produces 206Nm of torque at 5000rpm. With a top speed of 208Km/h, Grande Punto is able to accelerate from 0 to 100Km7h in 8.2 seconds.
The second available engine is also a 1.4l 16v T-Jet with a power output of 180hp at 5750rpm and 272Nm of maximum torque at 3000rpm. Reaching the 100km/h mark, it has a maximum speed of 218km/h.

A new Abarth Punto Evo was presented at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show and it features a 1.4l Multiair Turbo engine with 165hp and a top speed of 213km/h. In 2011 a Esseesse version was added to the line-up, this version is an optional upgrade that improves the car's performance with acceleration from 0 to 100km/h taking 7.4 seconds.
