Museum in Maranello is celebrating the launch of the new 458 Speciale458 SpecialeFerrari 458 SpecialeItaly, 2014 > present with a special exhibit. The theme of the show is “Ferrari’s Sporting Spirit,” and shows some rare Ferrari sports cars and prototypes.

Among the cars on display will be the Ferrari P3330 P3Ferrari 330 P3Italy, 1966 > 19661 photo
that won the 24 Hours of Daytona, a 312P312 PFerrari 312 PItaly, 1969 > 19701 photo
and a 512M.  It will also display two generations of Ferrari racers side by side. On one side of the room will be the 750 Monza and 500 TRC500 TestarossaFerrari 500 TestarossaItaly, 1955 > 19551 photo

The exhibit runs through March 2014.

As always, Ferrari will also be showcasing its Formula 1 history at the Maranello museum. All of its cars from 1999 to 2008 are currently on display, and in addition to them, Nigel Mansell’s F1-89F1-89Ferrari F1-89Italy, 1989 > 19891 photo
and Gilles Villeneuve’s 126 CK126 CKFerrari 126 CKItaly, 1981 > 19811 photo
 are also on display at the moment.

that won the company its first grand prix as a manufacturer has been lost to history unfortunately, but it has recreated the car from original drawings and fitted it with an original engine and transmission. It has also remade a 1961 Ferrari 156156 F1 'Sharknose'Ferrari 156 F1 'Sharknose'Italy, 1961 > 19621 photo
sharknose because Enzo Ferrari ordered them all to be destroyed after the season.
