concept first shown at the 2012 edition of the motor show. Design and technology shown on the concept has been carried over into the LC 500.

Designing the LC 500, Lexus was able to include several cues from the LF-LC and mixed it up with the brand's familiar design features, such as a prominent front grille and angular headlights, with smooth panels and a swept back roofline. Inside the model has been equipped with Lexus's next-generation infotainment system.

Powering the LC 500 is the same naturally aspirated 5-litre V8 found under the bonnet of both RC F and GS F. It produces 473hp at 7100rpm and has a maximum torque of 527Nm. The rear-wheel driven vehicle is coupled with a 10-speed automatic gearbox, chosen for being both lighter and more compact. The LC 500 can reach the 100km in about 4.5 seconds.

Built upon Lexus’s new rear-wheel-drive platform, according to the brand the LC 500 has been engineered to mix balanced handling characteristics with a comfortable ride in order to rival with competitors such as the Mercedes-AMG GTGT Gen.1AMG GT Gen.1Germany, 2014 > present11 versions
