Chrysler Posts Best August Sales in 5 Years

The Dodge brand had the highest volume in the Chrysler Group

The Fiat brand posted a 34% increase in year-over-year sales. It sold 4,150 cars in August. 

The Chrysler brand was up 25%, and it was its 14th consecutive month of sales gains.

“Our hard work over the past few years is starting to pay some dividends in our sales growth, quality awards and profitability. Not to mention, an incredibly resilient U.S. new vehicle sales industry doesn’t hurt either,” said said Reid Bigland, President and CEO of Dodge.
