Citroën CEO Frédéric Banzet used the opportunity of the DS Days where Citroën celebrated 200,000 sales of its DS cars in two years to discuss the future of the sub-brand.

Banzet revealed that there will be a convertible version of the DS3 revealed at the Paris Motor Show on September 27.

He also said that the designs of the Revolte and Numéro 9 reveal the design of future DS models but did not get any more specific than that.

Banzet was cagey on whether future DS models could get Citroën's hydractive suspension. While that suspension is currently exclusive to the C5 and C6, he did not rule out the hydractive suspension appearing on future DS models. Although, he did not come out and admit it either.

During the DS Days, Citroën delivered the 200,000th DS model and unveiled its Numéro 9 concept. It also produced a video for the event mixing archival and modern footage of DS cars including the original DS, SM and Numéro 9.
