Ferrari F70 Will Be Revealed at NAIAS in Detriot

The F70 has been confirmed to use a hybrid V12 and carbon fiber monocoque

will reveal its new F70 hybrid supercar at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January. It showed the car's carbon fiber monocoque at the Paris Motor Show and revealed that it will use a hybrid V12 earlier in the year. It will be the most powerful Ferrari ever produced. Horsepower is reported to be about 900hp. 

Ferrari claims that the HY-KERS hybrid will reduce fuel economy by 40% compared to the V12 alone and is expected to produce around 120hp.

but reportedly tuned for more power and with the HY-KERS system added. 

The F70 name comes from Ferrari building a special edition supercar once a decade. The 80s had the F40F40Ferrari F40Italy, 1987 > 199218 photos
