gets a new engine, and the 500L gets two new engines.

Panda

The Fiat Panda 4x4 Antarctica is meant to celebrate 30 years of the Panda name. It starts as a Panda 4x4 in the Rock trim level and adds a two-tone body with a white body and black roof and 15in gray wheels with orange centers. It also adds fog lights, tinted windows, orange mirror caps and an Antarctica badge on the C-pillar.

The interior carries the theme as well with gray and orange upholstery.

It is available with either the 0.9 TwinAir Turbo 85hp or the diesel 1.3 MultiJet II 75hp engines, and both come with start/stop.

It will be on sale by the end of the year.

500

The Fiat 500 gets a new engine for the three-door and two new engines for the 500L.

The standard 500 gets the new 900cc TwinAir Turbo engine with 105hp and 107lb-ft (145Nm) and a six-speed manual transmission. It gives the 500 a top speed of 188km/h and gets it to 100km/h in 10 seconds. It uses an average of 4.2l/100km  and emits 99g/km of CO2.

The 500L gets two new engines – the 1.6-liter Multijet II diesel with 120hp and 236lb-ft (320Nm) and the 1.4-liter T-Jet with 120hp and 152lb-ft (206Nm). They are available on the 500L, 500L Trekking and 500L Living.

All of the new engines will be on sale by the end of the year, and all of them come standard with start/stop.

Finally, Fiat will introduce a convertible version of the 500C GQ. It comes with two-tone paint in Vesuvio Black and Colosseo Gray, 16in wheels with orange center caps, GQ logo on the C-pillar, side skirts, different bumpers, rear spoiler and tinted windows.

It will be available with the 1.2 69hp, 0.9 TwinAir 85hp, 0.9 TwinAir 105hp, 1.4 100hp or 1.3 MultiJet 95hp diesel. All engines come with a six-speed manual.

Inside, it has black leather seats with orange stitching, aluminum pedals, a leather gearshift knob and Bluetooth radio with steering wheel controls.

It will be on sale before the end of the year.

Freemont

The Fiat Freemont gets a new trim level called the Black Code in Frankfurt.

Changes for the special edition include a gloss black trim along the grill, 19in wheels, mirrors and headlight frames.

It also adds three-zone climate control, cruise control, heated seats covered in leather, rear parking sensors, folding side mirrors and an 8.4in infotainment system with a touchscreen and satellite navigation.

The Black Code trim comes with two engine choice. There is a 2.0 MultiJet II diesel with 170hp with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The front-wheel drive version comes with a six-speed manual transmission, and the all-wheel drive version has a six-speed automatic. The other engine choice is a 3.6-liter petrol V6 with 280hp. It is only available with all-wheel drive and a six-speed automatic.

The Black Code trim will be on sale in the first quarter of 2014.
