The four-door model started to be developed by Fiat as a saloon, however from the Aegea there will be two more bodystyles hitting the market, hatchback and estate versions. These extra two variants will be launched later this year and should hit the market in 2016.

With capacity for five passengers, the Aegea measures 4.5m in length, and is 178cm wide and 148cm high. Boot capacity is fixed at 510 litres.
Fiat has included on the new model its Uconnect system, with a five-inch colour touch screen, Bluetooth, USB and Aux inputs and steering wheel controls as standard. TomTom satellite navigation system and a rear parking camera will also be available as an optional.
