has finally released its June sales information just as August is about to begin, and the company is not doing very well outside of one area.

Sales in Japan are also doing poorly. For June, sales are down 20% to 59,996 cars. For the first half of the year,  sales are down 14.6% to 368,026 cars. It is the sixth consecutive month for Honda having falling sales in Japan.

Honda did to release sales results in Europe for June. 

Honda worldwide production was down 8.2% in June to 339,887 cars and is down 4.2% for the first half of the year to 2,070,861 cars. The upside of this is that production outside of Japan has reached record levels to 280,460 cars in June, up 0.8%, and 1,720,146 cars in the first half of the year, up 9.2%. Honda has had 17 consecutive months of falling production in Japan and rising production outside of Japan.
