Japanese luxury brand Infiniti is giving its 2011 M series sedans a new climate control system appropriately named Forest Air. This car climate technology’s purpose is to emulate the air that you breathe in natural environments. It has just now been developed in order to be supplied to the very urban Infiniti M models and to provide a more enjoyable ride.
Artificial air-conditioners are banned by the Forest Air system, as it provides the car with the best possible humidity levels and adds natural scents to your cabin atmosphere through gentle air puffs. Moreover, unwanted smells, bugs and pollen are kept away by the Forest Air system, all the while the temperature inside the car remains at the occupants’ very own taste.
Infinity claims to have found the inspiration to create this technology in the forests, given that people generally choose this kind of environment as where you breathe the healthiest, cleanest and more energizing air. The make’s main purpose with the Air Forest, as they state, is to keep a “clean and refreshing air quality in all driving situations”, thus maintaining an “overall feeling of wellness and relieving stress – crucial in today’s fast-paced world”.
