, and Kia has confirmed its hot hatch with a new teaser image. Kia says that the car will go on sale in the second half of 2013. 

The car will be sold in Europe with a 1.6-liter turbocharged, direct injected four-cylinder engine with a six-speed manual. 

Kia has not revealed yet whether it will use the 183hp version of the engine used in the Veloster TurboHyundai Veloster 1.6 T-GD...Republic of Korea, 2013 > present4 photos
in Europe or the 201hp version that the rest of the world gets. Both versions produce 195lb-ft of torque (265Nm).
