has built over 700,000 cars in the first half of 2012, which puts it on track to beat last year's record production of 1.34 million cars. From January to June, Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans has sold 694,433 cars, a 6.4% increase over the same period last year, and believes it will sell 1.4 million cars by the end of the year.
