, and produces 751hp.
The true range topper came at the very end of 2012 in the SLS Black Series. It uses the same 6.2-liter V8 as all of the internal combustion SLS models, but power has been boosted to 631hp, a 60hp increase over the standard car and 40hp better than the GT.
Both the SLS Black Series and Electric Drive will go on sale in June for €249,900 and €416,500 respectively, both including 19% German VAT.
All of the SLS models are built in Sindelfingen, Germany, and their engines are shipped from the AMG headquarters in Affalterbach. The Electric Drive models are all built by hand in Affalterbach.
