Mustang Celebrating 50th Anniversary with Limited Edition Items

Merchandise will include clothing, watches and more

has licensed a variety of merchandise to celebrate the milestone including watches, shirts and models.

“We’re marking this Mustang milestone with a distinctive collection of licensed products from select manufacturers that will carry the unique Mustang 50 Years logo," said John Nens, Ford’s team lead for Global Brand Licensing.

All of the 50th anniversary goods will have the Mustang pony logo with the words "50 YEARS" to identify it as part of the collection. 

Ford has only announced one of the licensors for the 50th anniversary products. Schott NYC will produce shirts and a limited edition leather jackets for the Mustang.  

“I can’t think of a better partner with whom to celebrate our 100th anniversary. We are honored to collaborate with an iconic family business that shares our commitment to domestic production," said Chief Operating Officer Jason Schott. 

Ford plans to reveal more Mustang-themed products over the course of the year.
