Ogier put in a commanding performance by winning 16 of the 23 stages and only falling out of the lead briefly on Friday.

has achieved good finishes so far this year. It took second place in the Rally Monte Carlo and back-to-back first place finishes in Sweden and Mexico. The Rally Mexico was the car's competition debut in a gravel rally.
“The start of the season is just amazing for us. We want to thank the team because the car was perfect again all weekend," said Ogier.
American Ken Block returned to the WRC for the first time in 2013. He finished seventh in a Ford Fiesta RS, his best ever WRC finish.
In the points standings, Ogier leads the standings with 74 points. Sebastien Loeb who is only racing in a few WRC events this year is still in second place with 43 points. Mikko Hirvonen is in third with 30 points.
The next rally on the calendar is the Rally Portugal from April 11 to 14.
