Sunshine Tour starting on August 17 at noon in Travemuende, Germany, on the Baltic Sea near Lübeck, Germany. The Beetle Sunshine Tour is now the largest gathering of classic Beetles in Europe. Volkswagen has booked German singing duo Nathalie Dorra and Ole “Soul” Feddersen for a concert.

The event starts in Lübeck, and the cars will caravan to the Bruegmann-garten in Travemuende

Volkswagen is expecting over 2,000 Beetles of all generations to attend, and the event includes contests including the “most beautiful beach Beetle,” a beach costume contest and theme car contest.

The iBeetleVolkswagen iBeetleGermany, 2013 > present will get its European debut at the event, and it will be shown with the Beetle Cabrio Exclusive and Beetle GSRVolkswagen Beetle GSRGermany, 2014 > present, both from Volkswagen R GmbH.
